Went hiking to Escondido falls in Malibu yesterday....it was absolutely amazing. I would say it was the most difficult hike I could image...rocky, steep, muddy, changeling,& scary. Yet the most exhilarating and refreshing hike. It was a big accomplishment and I felt as if I could conquer the world! hehe I put my many fears to the side and went through with... climbing steep walls of rock, climbing rope, walking narrow paths, and basically becoming friends with the nature on all fours lol. I'm proud of all of us for accomplishing a challenging hike. Happy to have been with good company and had the best of time with my friends. As difficult as it was it was amazing to see nature's beauty first hand. Definitely will do this hike again and look forward to many more adventures. I feel like I shook hands with mother nature and made amends haha. I never like the outdoors so much until now. I want to do more active things like camping, fishing, rock climbing, and etc. I feel refreshed and happy to start the new week.
